Linda joined the ministry team at Sanlando in the spring of 2004. She
served as Director of Music at First UMC in Boca Raton from 1992-2002 where she directed choirs of all ages. She has been a featured soloist and vocal coach with the "Boca Pops Orchestra". Linda began her musical studies at Florida Southern College in Lakeland,where she double majored in Voice Performance and Music Education. After graduation, she sang at Walt Disney World's EPCOT Center with "the Voices of Liberty." During her graduate studies at the University of South Florida, she was also teaching at the University in addition to performing quite extensively throughout the Tampa Bay area with the "Florida Opera Company" and the "Florida Orchestra." After graduation from U.S.F., Linda taught private voice for the Lois Cowles School for the Arts in Lakeland and directed at First United Methodist Church in Plant city. |
