Dee Spiller spent more than a decade working in community outreach and non-profit communications before joining the Sanlando staff as Director of Outreach.
After moving from Connecticut to Longwood, Dee and her family discovered Sanlando in 2002 when her then 3-year old daughter began attending pre-k at Sanlando Christian School.
Originally from Michigan, Dee graduated from Oakland University outside of Detroit with a degree in communications. After working first as a newspaper reporter, she discovered her true passion spreading the word about prenatal care and birth defect prevention, as the state director of communications for March of Dimes of Connecticut.
Dee remains active in her community, volunteering at her daughter’s school and at the church. |
